1. Change of Mind

  2. Third-party payment system costs, such as those from Afterpay or PayPal, are non-refundable on returned items.
  3. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we'll cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

The manufacturer's warranty terms and requirements may vary, and based on their policies, we will either repair or replace the faulty item for you. If stocks are exhausted, we will issue a refund, excluding the original delivery costs.
